JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Education Counsellor
JobType: Full-time/ Part-time
Location: SOL Edu - Level 2, 69 Adelaide Street, Brisbane 4000

Main duties/ Responsibilities
• Promote SOL Edu partner institutions and their courses to students in an ethical and professional manner
• Communicate to understand students’ needs and develop relevant study plans to meet their needs
• Processing students’ application in a timely and properly manner
• Maintain proper and comprehensive records and documentations as per SOL Edu system
• Actively build up student and partner network
• Be proactive in researching marketing trends, building team’s marketing strategy and contributing marketing ideas
• Be actively engaged in marketing activities to recruit students for the team and company
• Counselling and collaborating effectively and professionally with students, parents, partner institutions, the Government and all industry-related organizations.
• Attending professional training activities organized by company
• Other tasks as directed.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
• Graduates or currently attending higher education courses at Australian universities
• Or proven equivalent work experience or overseas qualifications

Experience:
• Experience in customer service, marketing or sale is highly appreciated
